The Utah Board of Pardons and Parole publishes decisions, court records preserve case outcomes, and the Bureau of Prisons handles federal custody history. Salt Lake County Released Inmates is privately operated. It is not connected with the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office, a Utah jail, UDC, the Board, a court, or any other government agency.
- We cannot release, hold, or transfer a person in custody.
- We cannot post bond, arrange a visit, or send funds for someone.
- We do not give legal advice or decide what a government record means in a legal matter.
- We cannot promise that every address, fee, telephone number, or office schedule will remain unchanged.
Only the Sheriff, corrections agency, court, or other originating office can confirm an official custody, charge, supervision, or release record.
